Terms and Conditions

Accounts and eligibility

AIShorts is intended for adults aged 18 or older. AIShorts is an app under the AIDailyHub brand.

Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate others, misuse usernames, or try to bypass access restrictions.

Content and acceptable use

AIShorts provides AI news summaries, release information, cheatsheets, model comparisons, and quizzes. Content is informational and may change or contain errors. Check original sources and independently evaluate suitability. Model rankings do not guarantee performance for your situation.

Do not disrupt the service, abuse quizzes, manipulate rankings, infringe others' rights, or redistribute protected resources beyond the rights granted to you. Access does not transfer ownership of our or third-party content.

Quizzes and public rankings

Quiz participation requires the applicable account setup, including a unique username. Username and score or rank may be visible to other users. We may address abuse or technical errors using proportionate measures.

Cheatsheet use

Cheatsheets made available to subscribers may be downloaded during an active subscription. You may retain downloaded copies for private use after your subscription ends and apply the knowledge and techniques in personal, educational, or professional work, including paid work. Expiry does not provide continued access to new premium downloads.

You may not sell, redistribute, publicly upload, sublicense, or share the PDFs without written permission. You may not reproduce or adapt substantial portions into competing materials for sale or distribution. These restrictions do not prevent independently created work or lawful use of general knowledge, ideas, and techniques.

Planned premium cheatsheet subscriptions

We are testing Google Play Billing with RevenueCat for monthly and yearly AIShorts Pro access to selected premium cheatsheets and an ad-free app experience. Plans and prices are not final. No subscription is available merely because this page describes the plan. When available, the purchase screen will state benefits, price and currency, billing interval, renewal behavior, any trial or introductory offer, and cancellation instructions before purchase.

For purchases through Google Play, manage or cancel through Google Play's subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to the applicable store and product terms and any refund or revocation. Refunds are governed by the purchase provider's rules and mandatory law.

Advertising and paid promotions

We plan AdMob advertisements and may publish sponsored placements. Paid promotions will be clearly labeled. Advertising does not guarantee or endorse advertised claims. Third-party services and purchases are subject to their own terms.

For enquiries, see our paid promotion page.

Availability and changes

Features, content availability, and technical requirements may change. We may restrict abusive use or address security issues. Changes affecting paid access must respect applicable law and purchase-provider commitments.

Privacy and account deletion

See our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
