Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject AIShorts account deletion request. Include the email associated with your AIShorts account so we can identify your request and contact you about verification and next steps.
Do not send your password, login tokens, payment card details, or identity documents in the initial request.
What the request covers
Tell us if you want your AIShorts account and account-linked information removed. This can include your profile, likes, saved-content associations, quiz answers and submissions, account-linked statistics, and public quiz identity or rankings where applicable. Shared news, cheatsheets, and model information are not personal account records merely because you interacted with them.
Subscriptions and purchases
If you have an active subscription, review its cancellation status before deleting your account. Uninstalling AIShorts does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Deleting a Firebase account alone does not cancel store billing. You can manage Google Play subscriptions through the Play Store's Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions section. Contact support if you need help.
